   OPERATING SYSTEM

  A software that manages computer hardware and software resources that provides common service for computer programs. It also acts an intermediary between programs and the computer hardware.

Windows Operating System

Is a metafamily of graphical operating systems developed, marketed, and sold by Microsoft. It consists of several families of operating systems, each of which cater to a certain sector of the computing industry.

UBUNTU Operating System

Is a free and open sourced Linux operating system.  Ubuntu means “human-ness” or “humanity towards others” in Southern African philosophy.
Open source software is software that can be freely used, changed, and shared (in modified or unmodified form) by anyone.

    Ma'am Jezaniah! The operating that used is Ubuntu 16.04, what is the advantage of that to other OS of Ubuntu?

      Ang unang nalikha ay ang windows bago ang ubuntu. Ang windows ay noong November 20, 1985 at ang ubuntu naman ay ni-released noong October 20, 2004.

      May mga codes or pattern kung pano ginawa na hindi applicable para sa linux.

    Hello ma'am, how is it that a free OS, Ubuntu, hasn't had viruses? Does it has some kind of plugged in anti virus in it or whatsoever?

      Mga mga codes kasi na hindi applicable para sa linux, kaya mga mga virus na ang codes ay applicable sa windows :D

      Ang advantage niya ay pwede mong gamitin ang windows para sa mga application na di pwede sa ubuntu :D Possible siya kung makikita mo sa huling picture habang gumagamit ako ng ubuntu nagamit din ako ng windows :D
